The Spanish 'Manhattan', Benidorm, will once again break its ceiling as it aims to become the tallest residential skyscraper in all of Europe, with 64 floors and a height of 230 meters.
The TM Tower complex is located on the Poniente Beach in Benidorm and, in addition to the apartments and flats, it will feature over 10,000 m² of common areas including heated pools, a gym, a cinema room, and sports areas. Furthermore, the project aims to be a new tourist attraction for the Alicante city and will have a skybar on the 63rd floor with an astronomical observatory, developed in collaboration with the Didactic and Interactive Science Museum Jesus Carnicer (MUDIC).
It rises over a tower of 230 meters (about 28 meters taller than Intempo) and according to the license, it will consist of 260 homes accompanied by garages, storage rooms, swimming pools, and common areas.
