BENIDORM. TM Real Estate Group paves the way to lay the first stone of what will be the new benchmark in Benidorm. The City Council has granted the company the building license to build the one baptized as TM Tower. An imposing residential complex compared to what until now had the achievement of being the tallest, the Intempo building. The developer draws 64 floors and 260 homes on the skyline of the coastal town in an emblematic development for the company.
As this newspaper has been reporting, the skyscraper will be located within its pocket of land acquired in the Partial Plan 2/1 Poniente. A sector in which the company has led real estate construction with three developments in less than a decade and with an idea that is repeated: two towers for each project.
Although the details are being saved for an event called for September, the truth is that the images that have been disseminated about TM Tower differ from the rest of the residential complexes with its signature in Benidorm by its shape and aspiration to be the tallest. It stands on a tower 230 meters high (about 28 meters higher than Intempo) and according to the n includes the license, it will have 260 homes accompanied by garages, storage rooms, swimming pools and common areas.
Thus, for this development they contemplate flats with between one and four bedrooms whose prices have not yet been revealed. As for the common areas, it will have swimming pools, a gym, a cinema room, a sports area and a sky bar with an observatory in what promises to be the highest rooftop in Europe.
